Lot 2 (Hopkins) = Boat house built above the 2-boat lift overlooking the mangroves along the canal of the Sittee River with protected forest running along the canal. 10 minutes from the bio luminescent lagoon.

Lot 3 (Sittee River) = Riverfront Home that sits on the mouth of the Sittee River with boat dock. 

Lot 4 (Sittee River) = Sits in the lush jungle just behind Lot 3 across the road. We are considering individual cabana/tree houses for the jungle experience.  This area has seen wild cats, wild toucans, manatee, howler monkeys and coatimundis.

INVESTOR BENEFITS:

Outside of the financial benefits and use of the boats and new villas, during the build time owners and investors will have use of the fully functioning, newly built 2 bed + 2 bath custom home we call the "Colada Cabana".

The Colada Cabana sits up front and left of Lot 1 (pictured below)

It has already been used for art retreats lead by Victoria Wynn with rave reviews bringing in $4,000- $5,000 per participant for a 5-night all inclusive retreat experience.

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STATUS:

The properties are secured, lots are cleared and filled and all utilities are in place

We will begin with building a spacious villa on the prime lot (labeled below as Lot 1)

The roof top deck of the new villa will offer 360 views of protected rainforest, the Sittee River and the cayes spotted across the Caribbean.

The below villa is owned by a client of Victoria Wynn's. It serves as our inspiration villa thanks to its obvious grand presence and beauty. In addition, Victoria has personally stayed in it many times, knows the build inside and out and was one of the interior designers on the job.
