Vision & Overview

Our vision for villa #1 on lot 1, where we will begin the Azure Shores Estates investment project, includes 4 phases:

1. Draw up plans and renderings for the beachfront villa and pool 
2. Hire local construction team to pour foundation, build the main villa structure and pool, then Mayberry Craftsmen team will fly in from the states to handle finishes. Victoria Wynn (interior designer) will purchase and place furnishings, soft goods and art from local artisans.
3. Complete all necessary government paperwork to become a gold standard rental. (Belize Gold Standard hotels are designated resorts that have passed a rigorous test for enhanced health and hygiene protocols)
4. Wynn Experience Design will lead marketing, PR and bookings by way of social media, magazine features, online listing sites/apps and TV media outlets.
